ODIM’s Development Manager is a creative leader, in charge of cultivating new sources of funding and engaging current donors. Since nonprofit development centers on relationships, the Development Manager will communicate ODIM’s impact sincerely and consistently with donors, our traditional volunteer base from churches in the USA, and institutional partners. Because of our location in Guatemala, much of this communication is done online. The Development Manager reports directly and works closely with the Executive Director and is a member of the ODIM Leadership Team. This position is a full-time salaried position (40 hours a week). Some weekend and evenings are required.
The role of the Executive Director is to oversee all operations in support of the vision and mission of ODIM. The Executive Director is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and answers directly to the BOD. ODIM seeks an experienced professional with several years of non-profit leadership and experience, particularly as these relate to development activities. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who oversees all ODIM operations in support of the organization’s vision and mission.
